Personalization, branding graphics and automated workflow are the keys to success in volume photography
Pat Cahill’s program shows “why” in today’s digital world; consumers have positive responses to personalized products and services. Pat will show how the volume photographer of today must be concerned with creating repeatable, duplicatable, and scalable processes or workflows that produce high-quality personalized products and services, with high consumer demand. These processes must also include meeting the requirements of the schools, leagues, or companies who hire them. But it doesn’t end there. Pat’s program will also show the “how” to maximize sales by reaching out to extended family members (baby boomer grandparents) through e-commerce.
